  1. Namim Kim received a BFA in ceramic art from Seoul, Korea and graphic design from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and both the Master of Arts (MA) and Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Ceramics from the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. She is studying the graduate art therapy program at Mount Mary College.
She works with porcelain, terra cotta, and natural materials to construct her works of installations that reflect not only a peaceful delicacy but also an enduring strength. She also dedicated her labors and repetitive action to create the pattern, movement, rhythm and harmony between her hands and the natural world. Her works are very meditative by making multiples and actions. She has shown her works in many group shows in national wide in USA and Korea.
